Can I offer the discount to all customers?
No. This offer is only available to 'Family & Friends' customers who have been referred a unique 25% off promo URL or promo code from an eligible existing Optus customer. The promo URL and promo code can only be redeemed a maximum of 3 times. The referred 'Family & Friends' must be purchasing a new service Postpaid Mobile service on a M2M or 12M SIM Only plan or a handset on a 24M My Plan Plus or leasing a phone on a My Plan Flex Plan (not available to customers recontracting an existing mobile service or rate plan change).
What happens to the discount if a customer leaves Optus?
Customers who change or cancel their plan will forfeit the discount.

No. This offer is only available only to referred 'Family & Friends' who have received a unique 25% off promo URL or promo code from an eligible existing Optus customer.
Can the 25% EOFY Friends and Family offer be used with any other in market offer?
The 25% discount offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other monthly access fees discount offers, but can be used with other current in-market bonus data or handset offers.
Can I use the 25% EOFY Friends and Family offer within my own account?
Yes, eligible existing customers can activate a new Postpaid mobile service to an existing account and receive the 25% discount on the new service and receive the $50 referral credit.
Can I add the 25% EOFY Friends and Family offer to an existing service?
No. Only referred new postpaid mobile services will be eligible for the 25% family and friends discount.
Will I receive a $50 referral credit if my referred service cancels?
Any referred service that activates a new postpaid mobile service and cancels that service within 30 days of activation will not qualify for the $50 Friends and Family credit.
Can I offer the EOFY Friends and Family offer to customers taking Leasing Plans?
Yes. Referred 'Family & Friends' customers can take either the My Plan Plus or My Plan Flex plans over 24 months and receive a 25% discount to the monthly access fees over 24 months.
When will selected Existing customers receive their $50 incentive discount?
The discount will be applied to the existing customers bill within 50 days of the 25th June 2017 (14th August 2017) promotion end date. Existing customers will only be eligible when their referred family and friend successfully activates an eligible Optus Mobile Service. The credit will be applied on the bill.at an Account Level and appear as "Billing Credit".
How long does the 25% EOFY Friends and Family discount last?
The credit will appear on your bill for 24 months. Customers who change or cancel their plan will forfeit the discount.

Yes, the 25% discount will last for 24 months regardless of your postpaid mobile plan type. Customers who change or cancel their plan will forfeit the discount.

No. The 25% discount is off your monthly plan access fee. Handset charges will not receive any discount.
